All of the top wedding designers showcased their SS17 bridal collections in NYC last week, so here are five of the biggest bridal trends from New York Bridal Fashion Week!
Long Sleeves and Whimsical Details Long sleeves were all over the runways this season giving brides a choice of a lady-like, whimsical or avant garde look.
Try this light blue moon tulle ball gown with a v-neck bodice and a dream catcher sleeve featuring an open keyhole back, full tulle skirt and sprinkled constellation of stars embellishment. It’s what wishes and dreams are made of in a gown!
Garden Inspired (Featured on the Runways of: Marchesa, Reem Acra, Naeem Khan) The runways were in bloom with floral and garden inspired detailing on the gowns seen in the lace, embroidery and 3-D flowers or appliques.

Capes and Watteau Trains Capes and Watteau trains made a big statement on the runways in place of a traditional veil this season and giving a truly regal feeling. I don’t know about you but I’m obsessing over this trend!

Master Makeup Artist, Simone Rosas from Makeover Station designed modern makeup looks with smokey eyes, a defined cheek with bronzer and matte lips and a combination of glam and contemporary hair adorned with braids and jeweled accessories.
